These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and natural8 governing your use of the natural8 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
To be eligible to register and maintain a natural8 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
natural8 reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. This may include a copy of a government-issued identity document such as a Malaysian MyKad (National Identity Card). Where age cannot be satisfactorily verified, natural8 will suspend the relevant Account pending verification and may withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all associated funds forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the natural8 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. natural8 reserves the right to close all Accounts identified as belonging to the same individual and to void any associated wagers or balances.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, and your correct date of birth. You undertake to update your account information promptly should any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
natural8 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with its licensing obligations. natural8 may at any time require you to submit supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Required documents may include, but are not limited to: a copy of your Malaysian MyKad or passport; a recent bank statement or utility bill showing your name and address; and evidence of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by natural8 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.
All natural8 Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All wagers, deposits, withdrawals, and promotional credits are processed in MYR. natural8 does not apply currency conversion fees, and no intermediate credit units or token systems are used on the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your email address and password. You agree to:
natural8 will not be liable for any loss suffered by a player as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their login credentials or has shared their credentials with a third party. natural8 will never request your password through any customer communication channel.
natural8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, and online bank transfer. Supported payment methods are subject to change. natural8 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods with reasonable notice to players.
Deposits made via supported payment methods are credited to the player's natural8 Wallet in MYR on an instant or near-instant basis, subject to the availability and processing times of the relevant payment provider. natural8 does not charge deposit fees; however, players should verify whether their payment provider applies any transaction fees.
Withdrawals from natural8 Accounts are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, in MYR, with a target processing time of under 15 minutes for fully verified Accounts. natural8 does not charge withdrawal fees. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Account management section. natural8 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals to a new payment method.
natural8 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. natural8 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation from any player at its discretion. Deposits made to a natural8 Account must be funded from legitimate sources and may only be used for genuine gaming activity on the Platform. Any attempt to use the natural8 platform to launder funds or conduct financial crime will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
All wagers placed on the natural8 platform are subject to acceptance by natural8. natural8 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including where natural8 reasonably suspects that a wager has been placed in error, in violation of these Terms & Conditions, or in connection with prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
Odds displayed on the natural8 sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to a wager are those confirmed at the time the wager is accepted, as reflected in the bet confirmation displayed to the player. natural8 does not guarantee the availability of any particular odds or market.
A wager may be declared void by natural8 in circumstances including, but not limited to: the cancellation or abandonment of the relevant event; manifest errors in odds or market pricing; the identification of fraudulent or manipulated activity in connection with the relevant event; or technical errors affecting the recording of the wager. Where a wager is declared void, the stake amount will be returned to the player's Wallet.
All casino and slot games available on the natural8 platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or certified live dealer procedures. Return-to-player (RTP) rates for slot titles are provided by the respective game studios and are available within each game's information panel. natural8 does not modify the RTP of any certified game.

Upon termination for breach, natural8 may forfeit any Wallet balance and Bonus Funds held in the Account. Where termination occurs for reasons other than breach — such as voluntary Account closure by the player — any real-money balance remaining in the Wallet will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of all applicable verification requirements.

natural8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
